Chair massage tomorrow

Wow it's been about 10 months since I've been here.  I have become a licensed massage therapist in Wisconsin. For a year and a half I've been working. Tomorrow I'll  be giving chair massage at Verona farmers market from 3-7. I'll be there on some Tuesdays through the summer.

This sketch is called Finger Pointing. While you're pointing the finger at someone 3 are pointed back at you, so my Mom told me.

The Key to a Heart

Here's a sketch, that may turn into a painting called The Key to a Heart. It's best to make an effort to understand the object of your affection. If you're lucky they may notice and return the favor.

I am Trying to Break your Heart

I recently saw this film. It's about the band Wilco and filmed in luminous black and white. If you love the band, you'll like the movie. There's some nice shots of Chicago too.

Car Trouble, new website...

After moving and having car trouble I've finally started painting. Soon I will have a new website, possibly by February?

After the big freeze I went skiing on this perfect winter day and drove by this old church on a hill. The sky and snow were heavenly that day.

Here I am with a dog friend Teddy. I was stranded between Green Bay and Madison with car trouble and super cold temperatures. Luckily I had friends nearby to stay with and their handsome dog.

New move

Once again I have to move, sigh. Today I started moving some of the heavier things with help from Bryan. Thanks again Bryan! The next few days we'll be moving myself and my roomate. The good news is there will be room for painting and a bike/ski trail is a few yards from our back door. Hopefully it will stop raining and start snowing again.

The Arboretum

Today it was finally warm enough to go skiing. The snow was a perfect powder. Tomorrow I plan on more skiing, an ideal way to spend part of Christmas.

Milk

Tonight we ventured out in the freezing cold to see Milk. The super talented, strangely attractive Sean Penn was Harvey Milk, the first openly gay elected politician. It was a great film and informative.
